Jaime (High-meh) is the founder and CEO of Waddle Services.

Jaime always felt like a bird that couldn’t fly but was never able to understand why until an adult diagnosis of being on the autism spectrum. He finally understood that he was a bird but simply of a different kind: a penguin.

Jaime worked in organizations large and small with extensive knowledge and experience in operations and analytics. He is now applying his talents to Waddle Services in an effort to help as many families and organizations to not only acknowledge neurodiversity but celebrate it.
